Great frustration ensued while attempting to read chapters from 'The WTO as an International Organization.' i also listened to some of the WTO press conference reports. i'm not digging. i've found the required readings for the dams and forest projects through google. after perusing some of the writings, i'm thinking about exploring forestry in Sir Lanka. this, unfortunately, is as far as i've gotten. Why Sir Lanka? For silly reasons: I once knew a man who lived there; the stuff written about it catches my attention. i'm wondering how y'all are thinking.
